What is the difference between a beach dive and a boat dive?

– Beach Dive: Ideal for beginners or those less confident in swimming. It’s a short swim from the shore at Kata Beach, available from November to April.

– Boat Dive: Offers a full-day adventure, taking you to Racha Yai or both Racha Yai & Racha Noi Islands. Suitable for eager divers with more included features, like meals and drinks.

Are transfers included in the boat dive packages?

– Yes, both 2 and 3 dive boat packages include complimentary hotel transfers.

What is included in the boat dive packages?

Each Boat package offers meals, drinks, and a full day of diving at beautiful island destinations.

What are the island destinations for the boat dives?

The 2 Dive package visits Racha Yai Island, while the 3 Dive package explores Racha Yai & Racha Noi Islands.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full Refund:
Typically, if you cancel a certain number of days before the scheduled trip, such as 48 hours to 7 days, you may receive a full refund.

No Refund:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip may not be eligible for any refund.

Weather Conditions:
If the dive is canceled by Seawave diving Center due to bad weather or unsafe conditions, a full refund or rescheduling option is usually provided.

Rebooking:
– Options to rebook for another date might be available as an alternative to cancellation.(24 hours of the before trip only)
